Hi, I am Gabi!
You already know more about my life than you think.
How do I know this? Because we are all humans...
...and as human beings we all go through the same journey, the same developmental or life stages throughout our lives.
Some of us walk faster, the others a bit slower, so we might be at a different point on our journey...
but the path is the same.
In my life, I went through 2 major life crises, I experienced the darkest times, when I didn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I felt completely lost. I reached a point when I even asked: "What's the whole point of this? It would be better to just fall asleep...I am tired of this life."
I struggled to find a long term relationship for many years, even though I had been on dates often. Nobody understood why I was so "unlucky". I know it now...it has nothing to do with luck.
It took me a while to overcome all of these...but looking back, I appreciate those times as they are why I'm able to do the work I do now.
...I understand how it feels to go through a hard time. With the therapy and mindset techniques that I learnt over the last 10 years and through my personal experience...
I've been helping individuals understand their situation better, to gain clarity and to find the right steps towards a bright and happy future. I also help women understand the reason they didn't find a committed relationship yet, and help them make the necessary changes.
People often approach me when they feel something has to change and they already tried many different things to make themselves feel better, but nothing worked long term. They feel stuck, or they feel the past is still holding them back from moving forward...be it in their personal or relationship lives.
I am the happiest when I can assist someone along their journey! I love seeing the change in people, and the "Aha" moments when they find out which life stage they are in and when they realise why all those past relationships or career attempts were doomed to fail. And we always have the same conclusion...It wasn't their fault! :)
Now I know...crisis is part of life, part of our growth, part of our human evolution.
And the sooner you act, the sooner you go through it.
When we decide to ignore the emotional or physical signs of a crisis...or when we try to maintain our old lifestyle even though we feel deep down that something is not right, something is missing....
we are jeopardising our health, we are jeopardising our career and last but not least our relationships or reducing the chance to meet the right partner.
